Sometimes waiting on God can feel like eternity. It feels as if things are still in motion, bills still need to be paid, things breaking down, your funds are low, children need help, friends in a bind, and there’s no one you can turn to for help. Waiting on God seems like eternity when everything is still in motion. You can quote scriptures, pray hard, fast, minister to people, put your best face forward, but at the end of the day, you face trouble, and the reality of life. The problem do not go away because of who you are. We all have to face our own form of suffering at some point. While you are waiting on God to move on your behalf, what are you doing? Are you just sitting there twirling your thumb or are you presuming life as usual? Are you encouraging yourself? While you are waiting on God there are things you can do. If you are waiting on God for a new car, start saving, go on the car lots and scope out what you like, and get quotes. While you are waiting on God for a new home, work on your credit and getting those credit cards paid off. While you are waiting on God, remain cheerful! Waiting on God!
